Maggie Levine is an actress/comedian/writer living in Brooklyn, NY. She started writing sketch comedy in 2013 and studied sketch & improv with Improvisation News. In 2014, she co-founded a sketch group called Monkeys Typing Shakespeare and constantly wrote jokes and sketches for them. She's also written for Almost Viral, a mockumentary webseries about YouTube stars and their jacked-up personal lives. In addition, she is a contributing writer for Comedywire. During the day, she's a background actor and loves trying on different occupations and lifestyles without committing to anything.
When not writing, she also likes dancing (she’s been seen in several flash mobs), biking and snuggling with her cat Coco.
Rising New England emcee / rapper The ZYG 808 is back with a brand new single and music video titled "Thumpin'". The music video was shot during the world wide quarantine / lockdown and with the many restrictions of each region due to the COVID19 pandemic the artist was forced to find a creative way to bring many people together for the video (which wasn't hard to do for such a creative artist). Many individuals were encouraged to send in video clips of themselves reacting, dancing and bobbing their head to the song "Thumpin'", so the video clips could be edited into the final cut of the video and many YESTERDAY NIGHT TAPED members were featured in the final version of the video.
Yesterday Night Taped Showrunner and cast member Jonathan Coleman, additional performer Laquita Johnson (best known for her recurring character Niecy Knockers) and Yesterday Night Taped writer Darren Walker were all featured in the video. Upcoming Yesterday Night Taped guest hosts such as Lady Zhe (Zhe Levels Scott) and Mwalim the Jazz Poet (who is also The ZYG 808's father) were also featured in the video as well! Check out the video and appearances at the direct youtube link above. West Coast based Social Media Marketer Jorje Fresco of Jorje Fresco Promotions was also featured in the video!
